A major innovation was represented by the introduction of innovative Vi.P (Virtual Patient) ECHO Sessions, during which will be used a latest generation echographic simulator. The echographic simulator, both for TTE (trans-thoracic) and TEE (trans-esophageal), allows to simulate Echo-oriented operations procedure.

For the first time in 2011, MCM took place in Catania, with the aim to give to participants the latest update on Clinical & Interventional Cardiology. MCM was addressed to cardiologists, internists, first aid clinicians, physicians of general medicine, fellows, nurses and technicians with high interest in the whole management of cardiac pathologies.
